App development is the core service that DragOnce provides. Created by simple drag and drop without coding, Apps can digitize and streamline a company’s business processes. According to subscriber’s individual needs, Apps can be used to develop any kinds of IT systems, such as HR Systems, Inventory Management Systems, Project Management Systems etc.
An App contains pages and workflows. The wide range of functions DragOnce offer allow users to customize an App that fits their business needs.

App is managed in Design Time and used in Run Time. Design Time of App Management is only accessible through DragOnce Web Portal. Users are not able to manage/design Apps on mobile devices. But Run Time of Apps can be accessible through both web and mobile devices. See more: Design Time & Run Time.
Apps are created in Developing Environment, tested in Testing Environment and deployed for end users’ usage in Production Environment.
To use Apps, they must be deployed to the Production Environment and in ‘Active’ status.
On DragOnce web portal, they will appear on the ‘Launch Board’ available for end users to use.
On DragOnce Mobile App, they will appear on the App List when you click ‘Apps’ on the top menu bar after logging in.
App Management includes creating, editing, removing and deploying Apps in Design Time. Only those granted the permission of ‘App Management’ by root administrator in Admin Panel can have the access to Design Time App Management.
Every subscriber is default to have a ‘Core Data’ App. Data within the ‘Core Data’ App can be shared among all Apps in an environment. Otherwise, all other Apps record their own data separately. The Core Data App is used to store master data e.g. staff information.
