The SLA Tool is a feature that provides detailed service level information, including the processing time for each stage of a workflow. It allows users to monitor and analyze performance metrics at the form level.
When to Use: Use the SLA Tool when you need to measure and report on the time spent in each workflow stage, such as tracking order processing times or service request resolutions.
How to Use: Designers configure the SLA settings in the design phase, specifying states, sections, and counting modes. End-users can then view SLA reports during runtime to analyze performance.
Open the Form widget in your application, locate the Quick Control Panel and click on the “SLA Report Setting”.
To activate the SLA Report Setting by toggling the switch to the "ON" position.
After enabling the report, set the Default Counting Mode. There are two options: “Unique Count” (default) and “Multiple Count”.
The multiple actions in a state of a record will be counted as Multiple Count.
The multiple actions in a state of a record will be counted as Unique Count.
The default states from the existing logic of the workflow states value will be shown below on the left hand side “Add State” box. Click a state and it will be shown on the right hand side state list.
Two types of states can be added as a new section:
a. An individual state (if no section is selected).
b. A sub-state (if a section is selected).
User can add new sections and enter a name for it
Sub-state can be added by dragging the section from the list on the left or by clicking the add button under the individual state.
Remove a state by clicking the small cross next to the section.
Users can determine the state(s) with processing time or not by clicking the “Procressing Time” button if needed. It helps you to define which state(s) is the end state(s) which affects the calculation of the statistical values and the Count of the state(s).
Click the “Submit” button to save all the changes.
In run time, users can see the time spent on different status. Statistics are also being shown for each status to provide a clear insight for the users to perform operation management.
Time is displayed in days (d), hours (h), or minutes (m).
Users can filter the Mode and Action Date to display the records from a specific time period only.
