A notification is used to deliver the message to the platform stakeholders. Platform stakeholders can receive related information from the platform notification function. In DragOnce platform, there are 3 types of notification, Action To Do, Email Notification, and Mobile Push Notification.
Action To Do is an outstanding list for the user to take action. The number of total outstanding items will be shown on the top right-hand corner of all apps.
Inside the apps, users can press the Action To Do Button located on the top right-hand corner to show the full outstanding list of that app. All of the items on the outstanding list are available to open for approval directly.
Email Notification can be set for multiple actions and be sent in a specific workflow edge’s action.
Inside the settings page, the Subject and Content can be mixed with the value in the form’s widget, and a record link can be attached for approval.
Mobile Push Notification can be set for multiple actions and be sent in a specific workflow edge’s action.
Mobile Push Notification can be set for multiple actions and be sent in a specific workflow edge’s action.
Inside the settings page, the “Content" is mixed with the value(s) in the form’s widget(s).
