Messenger

What is it?

Instant Messenger is another major service of the DragOnce platform. It is a communication tool among users associated with the same subscriber. It provides a wide range of useful functions, including text and voice message, sending media files, tagging users, voting and discussion etc. 

You can either open the Messenger in web or mobile version.

Web Version

Web Messenger: On the bottom left corner of the Launch Board, Click the messenger button to open the Web Messenger.

Mobile Version

Mobile Messenger: After logging into the DragOnce Mobile App, tap the first icon on the Top menu bar.

Messenger Settings

Only the root administrator has the permission to open and change Messenger Settings. 

Authorized Users can archive or delete the chat rooms in the Admin Panel under Chat Rooms.
