Subscriber is whoever subscribes to use DragOnce cloud service. A subscriber can be viewed as a company or organization, which employs our service for their daily business processes. Each unit of employee is a user, which makes up the company/organization’s subscriber account in a DragOnce portal. Different subscribers have separate records, users and subscriber settings.
No one is permitted to add, remove or edit any subscriber on DragOnce.
All of the following scenarios are possible:
One person uses his/her company email to login to his/her company’s subscriber.
One person uses his/her email to login to several subscribers. The subscribers may represent different companies, different brands or different departments of a company. Under different subscribers, the person may have different user types. Data such as permissions, apps, user role, record data, user particulars, password etc. under each subscriber are not interrelated nor interfered with each other.
One mobile device is used to login with several emails to one or several subscribers at the same time. Under different subscribers, the person may have different user type. Data such as permissions, apps, user role, record data, user particulars, password etc. under each subscriber are not interrelated nor interfered with each other.
When you login to DragOnce web portal, make sure you choose the correct subscriber account to login with, if you are associated with more than one subscriber.
