DragOnce provides TWO delegation functions to end users.
Account Level Delegation can be configured in User Account Settings.
Delegatee in Account level has all the roles and rights that the assigner has which means he/she can access ALL Apps and records as the assigner user account.
Delegation period can be defined. Delegator who do not enable ‘Specific Delegation Period’ will be considered as unlimited delegation period.
Record Level Delegation must be enabled in workflow state to use.
Each delegation is only applicable in one record.
Delegatee has the right to reject delegation.
